THE RETURNABLE CUP INITIATIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Circular and Co cup refers to both the cup and the lid. 

• The cups and lids belong to The Curator. 

• You can loan a cup from The Curator.

• The cost of the loan is £3.50, paid as a one-time fee.

• There are no discounts applied to multiple cup purchases.

• This payment is considered a "pay it forward" action, allowing you to redeem a drink of your choice once you return the cup and lid to a Curator premises.

• The Curator doesn't retain or store customers' personal data in the returnable scheme.

• There are two sizes of Circular & Co cups available; 8oz and 12oz.

• Both cup sizes have the same loan cost, giving you flexibility to switch between them based on your beverage order.

• The returnable cup can be used in any of The Curator coffee shops.

• You will receive a 15p discount on any beverage made in any returnable or reusable cup. 

• You have the freedom to exit the returnable initiative whenever you choose by returning the cup and the lid to a Curator premises.

• The cup can be returned to any of The Curator coffee shops.

• Upon exiting the initiative and returning the cup and lid, you can enjoy a free tea or coffee beverage of your choice.

• This free drink redemption is tied to the return of the cup and cannot be saved for a later time.

• Broken cups and lids cannot be returned to redeem a free drink.

• Broken cups and lids are home recyclable so you can discard your own broken cup/lid at home. 

• If you lose your cup you cannot redeem a free drink.
